Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused or lightly used product in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our facility.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label or ship the item using a trackable courier service to the address specified in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
